By accessing or using CareSignal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

CareSignal provides a cloud-based governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) management platform designed for healthcare and disability service providers. The Service includes features for compliance management, risk assessment, incident reporting, and continuous improvement tracking.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Violate the privacy or rights of others

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.
